Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibility Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including hardware and software problems. Provide technical support to employees, assisting with desktop-related queries and concerns. Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other computer systems. Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates, to ensure system integrity. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues. Develop and implement procedures for desktop support, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS. Experience with desktop hardware, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical staff. Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems is an advantage.
