About the role
Role: Technical Business Analyst Exp: 7+Years Location: Bangalore Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in software development or data-driven projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex technical requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, technical documentation, and process modeling.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and API documentation tools. Preferred Certifications Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). AWS/Azure Cloud Certification for technical credibility.
