Workday Technical- Associate 2

PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring for the role of Workday Technical- Associate 2! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Analyze client needs to implement, support, and optimize Workday cloud-based solutions across HR, finance, and payroll modules. Develop, build, and support Workday integrations, Workday Extend solutions, and Workday Prism Analytics applications. Collaborate with global cross-functional client teams to deliver process improvements and operational efficiencies. Provide training and technical support to clients for seamless integration and adoption of Workday applications. Gather and interpret technical and functional data to derive actionable insights, recommendations, and solution designs. Participate in strategic technology planning, system testing, and business transformation initiatives. Requirements: At least a Bachelor's degree. Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Workday technical domain. Oral and written proficiency in English. Strong adaptability, active listening skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Preferred: Workday certifications in technical architecture and integrations (e.g., Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials). Preferred: Hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Studio.
