As a Senior Associate in software engineering at PwC, you will focus on developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. You will use your technical knowledge to design, code, and test cutting-edge applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Work within the Consumption Layer & Orchestration Layer (IaC) to enable secure, scalable, and automated cloud service consumption through robust orchestration and platform engineering practices. - Design event-driven and API-based architectures using AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, and EKS. - Build advanced automation solutions using Python and lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform. - Implement reusable modules, manage state securely, and enforce policy-as-code controls. - Demonstrate expertise in DevSecOps, including CI/CD pipeline integration, automated security scanning, secrets management, compliance validation, and container security best practices. - Ensure governance, reliability, and cost optimization across workloads while promoting self-service enablement and automation-first design. Qualifications Required: - Strong DevSecOps expertise, including CI/CD pipeline integration, automated security scanning, secrets management, compliance validation, and container security best practices. - AWS certifications required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional. - Preferred certifications: AWS Developer Associate, Security Specialty, and HashiCorp Terraform Associate. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight. - Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, and EKS. - Proficiency in building advanced automation solutions using Python. - Mandatory skill sets: AWS, DevOps, Kubernetes. - Preferred skill sets: Azure, GCP. - Required experience: 4-8 years. - Education qualification: B.Tech/BE in Bachelor of Engineering.
