Senior Embedded Electronics Engineer / Hardware & Firmware Lead Location: Noida | Experience: 7+ Years | Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation) Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Embedded Electronics Engineer / Hardware & Firmware Lead to drive embedded hardware and firmware development for innovative products. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in PCB design, embedded firmware, hardware debugging, validation, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities - Lead embedded hardware and firmware development projects. - Design and review PCBs up to 6 layers. - Develop firmware using Embedded C/C++ for various microcontrollers. - Perform board bring-up, debugging, testing, and validation. - Work on analog, digital, power circuits, and sensor interfaces. - Support EMI/EMC testing, troubleshooting, and product improvements. - Mentor engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills - 7+ years of embedded hardware & firmware development experience. - PCB design/review experience up to 6-layer boards. - Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics. - Experience with STM32, ESP32, ARM Cortex, AVR, PIC, TI, NXP, Nordic, etc. - Hands-on knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, BLE, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, RS232/RS485. - Expertise in board bring-up, debugging, testing, and validation. - Strong leadership and project management skills. Preferred Skills - Experience in IoT, Medical Devices, Diagnostic Equipment, Industrial Electronics, or Lab Instruments. - EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting experience. - Knowledge of DFM, DFT, reliability, and production testing. - Startup or product development experience. .
