3D Designer

As a CAD Designer at our company, your primary role will involve preparing 2D drawings and layouts for building projects using CAD software. You will also be responsible for developing 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp, with the option to create presentation drawings using CorelDRAW. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting architects and engineers in design development and revisions - Modifying drawings as per client or project requirements - Ensuring drawings comply with basic building codes and standards - Maintaining drawing files and proper documentation - Supporting site teams with design clarifications when required To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in AutoCAD, a working knowledge of SketchUp, and a basic understanding of building layouts, plans, sections & elevations. Good visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks are essential. The tools/software required for this position include: Mandatory: - AutoCAD for 2D building drawings, plans, sections, and elevations - SketchUp for basic to intermediate 3D modeling and visualization Optional / Added Advantage: - CorelDRAW for presentation drawings and layout preparation - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and basic coordination Preferred qualifications for this role include a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Draftsmanship, or a related field. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, your working hours will be from 9 am to 6 pm.
