The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, team management experience, and a proven ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Essential Job Functions Lead and manage a team of developers working on .NET applications. Participate in architectural discussions and help define technical solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, code reviews, and best practices. Coordinate with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements - Good knowledge in C# and .NET Core framework - Must have exposure in testing framework like xUnit/nUnit/MSTest for writing unit test cases - Must be aware of API testing using postman/swagger - Good in writing SQL queries and well-versed in SQL Server DB - Experience of leading a group of .NET developers.
