About the job Location: Raheja Mindspace, Hyderabad Work Type: Work From Office Only Shift: Rotational Day and Night Shifts Employment Type: Full time Open Positions: 5 About the Role We are hiring Security Monitoring Analysts to review alerts generated by our AI-based surveillance system. Your main responsibility will be to check images and videos flagged by the system and decide whether the alert is genuine or a false alarm. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in: - SOC (Security Operations Center) - NOC (Network Operations Center) - CCTV Monitoring - Command Center Operations - Real-time Alert Monitoring Key Responsibilities - Monitor AI-generated security alerts in real time - Review images and videos associated with alerts - Identify whether the alert is real or false - Escalate critical incidents immediately - Maintain accurate records and reports - Follow SOPs and shift handover procedures Required Experience Apply only if you have experience in one or more of the following: - SOC Analyst - NOC Engineer - CCTV Monitoring Executive - Security Operations - Command Center Monitoring - Incident Monitoring Required Skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to make quick and accurate decisions - Good written and verbal communication - Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and rotational shifts - Basic experience with incident tracking tools Preferred Skills - Experience with CCTV or video surveillance systems - Knowledge of AI-based monitoring systems - Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms Important Note This role is specifically for candidates with monitoring experience (SOC, NOC, CCTV, or Command Center).
