Hiring: Senior MSBI Developer Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Contract Interview Process Codility Test > L1 Technical Interview > L2 Technical Interview > HR Discussion Must-Have Skills Microsoft SQL Server (2017/2022) SQL Query Optimization Complex Data Retrieval & Data Manipulation SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) Power BI Development ETL Design & Development C# Development for SSIS Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines SDLC / Agile Methodologies Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft BI solutions to support business requirements Develop and enhance SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI solutions Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models Support production applications and resolve technical issues based on business priorities Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and release notes Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and reduce technical debt Build POCs and drive innovation through recent technologies and automation Implement process automation wherever feasible Nice-to-Have Skills Python / PySpark Apache Airflow Kubernetes Microservices Vertica or MPP Databases PowerShell Scripting Tableau / Cognos / Qlik SSAS Tabular Models MDX / DAX Must Have Skills: SQL Query Optimization, SQL Indexing, SQL Partitioning, CTE (Common Table Expression) What We're Looking For Strong SQL and BI development expertise Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Collaborative and team-oriented mindset Experience working in enterprise-scale environments Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions .
