The selected candidate will undergo practical training in plant maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment handling, and maintenance activities in a chemical manufacturing environment. Training & Responsibilities During the training period, the candidate will be exposed to and trained in: Mechanical Maintenance Activities Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Equipment Inspection & Monitoring Troubleshooting of Mechanical Equipment Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Maintenance Data Entry & Documentation Pump, Gearbox & Valve Maintenance Utility Equipment Maintenance Shutdown & Routine Maintenance Activities Safety Practices & Compliance in Plant Area Coordination with Production & Maintenance Teams Eligibility Criteria B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Freshers can apply Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance preferred Good learning attitude and communication skills Desired Skills Basic understanding of Pumps, Valves, Rotating Equipment & Utilities Problem-Solving Ability Basic Knowledge of Maintenance Practices Computer Knowledge (MS Excel / Basic Data Entry) Teamwork & Coordination Skills Preferred Candidate Profile Willing to work in plant environment Eager to learn and build career in chemical industry Positive attitude and technical learning mindset
