What we are looking for: Are you passionate about uncovering insights from patient-level data to shape better outcomes in life sciencesAt ProcDNA, we re growing our Patient Analytics Team and are looking for a Senior Engagement Lead with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in patient journey analytics within the pharma space. What you ll do: Lead client discussions and deliver custom analytics solutions around patient journey mapping, treatment progression, and behavior segmentation. Develop and validate patient-level datasets by integrating claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data Translate complex data into actionable insights to support brand, access, and medical strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, market access, and field operations Contribute to building internal accelerators for cohort identification, line-of-therapy analytics, and patient journey visualization Must have: 8-10 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data-driven narratives Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub) Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights Comfort working with global teams and clients in a fast-paced, evolving environment
