Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst at Proclink, you will play a critical role in delivering Data and Analytics solutions to a leading U.S. insurance client. This role demands strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and hands-on experience in applying advanced analytics across the insurance marketplace for customer lifecycle, retention, cross-sell etc. Key Responsibilities: Partner with client stakeholders to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, or R; ensure data integrity and interpretability Present insights, hypotheses, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams Align analytics solutions with regulatory and business rules in the U.S. insurance context Collaborate with Proclinks internal teams in data engineering and AI/ML productization Required Qualifications: 56 years of hands-on experience in Data Visualization or Reporting in BFSI domain, preferably in P&C insurance Expertise in SQL and at least one of Python, or R Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients in the BFSI space Expertise in Power BI, and DBT Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields About Proclink: Proclink Consulting is a global consulting and analytics firm enabling digital transformation across industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing.
