As a Director Product at Procol, you will play a crucial role in realizing the vision of simplifying business processes for millions. Your primary responsibility will be to envision and develop core procurement use-cases and experiences for businesses. This will require a combination of strong product intuition, first principles thinking, data analysis, platform product development, and storytelling abilities. Additionally, you will lead a team of dedicated product managers. Key Responsibilities: - Devise Product Strategy: Define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to align with the product vision and drive impact. - Conceptualize new solutions: Approach product conceptualization with a problem-first, data-driven, and test & iterate methodology. Ensure a value-based prioritization of product initiatives. - Build products: Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to create products that resonate with customers. Develop high-quality product specifications, prioritize effectively, and manage product launches to ensure timely delivery. - Launch products: Formulate and execute a go-to-market plan in collaboration with Product Marketing. Act as the internal and external authority and advocate for your specific area of focus. - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior management at Procol to define the strategy for your domain and collaborate with internal and external teams to bring the strategy to fruition. Qualifications Required: - Understanding of technology with a customer-first and business-first mindset. - Energetic self-starter capable of thriving independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment. - Curiosity about metrics, execution processes, and macro trends. - Analytical and data-driven approach to daily tasks. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Solid product sense and experience in developing 0-1 products. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development experience. - Minimum 5-6 years of Product Management experience.
