Staff Salesforce Developer

Were looking for an experienced Staff Salesforce Developer to join Procores GTM Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. Were a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems. In this Staff Salesforce Developer role, youll focus on building and maintaining custom solutions on the Salesforce platform and identifying areas of improvement and automation in the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires experience of working with Salesforce Clouds and developing solutions that leverage Salesforce AI capabilities. Youll partner with Business Users & Salesforce team to develop solutions in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & CPQ. Use your Apex coding expertise, and problem-solving skills to automate critical business processes & enhance the Salesforce Platform. This position reports into Senior Manager, Salesforce Platform and will be based in our Pune office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately. This is a hybrid role and requires working 2-3 days from our Pune Office. What youll do: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and processes to meet business requirements.Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications.Perform thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Apply best practices while developing code & help deploy it in Integration, Testing & Production environments using CI/CD Tools like Copado etc.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.Document technical specifications and development processes.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications. Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. What were looking for: Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.Experience in 2 or more Salesforce clouds - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ.Experience of working on Salesforce Platform & Access Management - User Onboarding flows, Profiles, Permissions & Access related Automations and enhancements.Strong proficiency in Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows.Understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.Deployment using DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum etc.Experience of performing Salesforce Data Migration, using APIs and building integrations.Experience in building AI solutions, or POC within the salesforce environment.
