About the role
As a Senior Full Stack MERN Engineer at our company, you will be part of an ambitious and credible team that has a strong culture of trust, excellence, and continuous learning. Your role will involve designing and maintaining modular-monolith architectures for enterprise-level web applications using the MERN stack. You will be responsible for writing high-quality optimized code for both Front End (ReactJS) and Back End (TypeScript, Koa, Express, Typegoose), managing complex storage layers using MySQL and MongoDB, and collaborating with the existing team during IST daytime hours. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain modular-monolith architectures for enterprise-level web apps using MERN stack. - Write high-quality, optimized code for Front End (ReactJS) and Back End (TypeScript, Koa, Express, Typegoose). - Manage complex storage layers, utilizing both MySQL and MongoDB to optimize data integrity and performance. - Collaborate with the existing team during IST daytime hours (including daily 8:30 AM IST stand-ups). - Follow SDLC best practices, writing clean, well-documented code and conducting rigorous code reviews. - Develop unit tests to ensure work product reliability and stability. - Streamline CI/CD pipelines and utilize automation tools to ensure smooth deployment. - Work efficiently within JIRA and AWS environments to manage tasks and infrastructure. - Use AI tools to accomplish requirements, ensuring attendance at stand-ups in person. Qualifications Required: - High Performer who writes high-quality, fully tested code. - 9+ years of proven experience as a MERN Stack engineer. - Demonstrated expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and Node.js frameworks. - Proven track record of supporting large, scalable web applications. - Experience with GraphQL, REST, MySQL, MongoDB, Github, and Github CoPilot. - Proficiency in using AI tools and building AI-driven features. - Trustworthy, driven, ownership-minded, action-oriented individual who is ready for challenges.
