About the Role Service Team leader handles a team of Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineers who are responsible for providing support to the machines during breakdown / modification. Also plan for preventive maintenance Time management of the resources for providing support of the systems Communicate with the customer on the status of the support and make sure that the problems are addressed on-time. Technical guidance to the team to provide service quickly Maintaining the Knowledge Base required for quick service. Manage the material procurement for the support activities Reviewing the engineer on performance and providing training AMC planning and execution Expected Skills These are the skills which we look for while selecting a project engineer. Very Good Knowledge on Electrical circuits, Mechanical systems and trouble shooting skills Logical approach to solve the issues Adapting quickly to new technologies Good communication skills both verbal and writing Taking ownership and responsibility Quick decision making to support the customers and internal team
