About the role
Overview Prodapt Solutions is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Engineer to design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions that support our enterprise IT and business processes. The role requires deep hands-on technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, leadership in guiding engineering teams, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement and optimize ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM modules. Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, flows, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with architects to align designs with enterprise standards and best practices. Oversee ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring compatibility with existing solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation, integrations, and enhancements. Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to support ongoing operations. Requirements 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and engineering. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or others a plus). Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and integration methods (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server). Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and enterprise IT operations. Experience with CMDB design, discovery, and service mapping. Ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
