Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead and Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining scalable IT Operations architectures, driving observability and AIOps initiatives, and enabling proactive operations through ServiceNow modules. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on architectural expertise, and the ability to work with enterprise stakeholders to transform IT Operations using ServiceNow best practices. Job Description:Servicenow Developer. We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM expert with strong experience in managing hardware and software asset lifecycle using ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage ServiceNow ITAM modules HAM & SAM Maintain accurate asset lifecycle, compliance, and reconciliation Handle software license management and optimization Integrate asset data with CMDB and procurement systems Support audits and ensure license compliance Required Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM) Handson with asset lifecycle management and reconciliation Good understanding of IT assets, contracts, and licensing models ServiceNow ITAM certification is a plus ITSM: Technical Skills Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development JavaScript, Glide APIs CMDB architecture & governance ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping Event Management & ITOM modules TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) Telecom Service Management workflows REST/SOAP integrations MID Server configuration Flow Designer & IntegrationHub Platform Knowledge ServiceNow ITSM CMDB data modeling ITOM Event Management Discovery & Service Mapping TSOM network monitoring integrations Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow ITOM or CMDB certifications Experience working in Telecom industry environments Knowledge of OSS/BSS integrations Experience with Agile / DevOps practices .
