ServiceNow Lead Engineer

Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, ITOM, TSOM, and TSM modules, along with strong hands-on development experience in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform architecture. The candidate will play a key role in driving ServiceNow platform development, CMDB maturity, IT Operations automation, and telecom service operations transformation, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
