About the role
Key Responsibilities : - Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications and manufacturing systems.- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.- Drive digital transformation by integrating ERP, MES, PLM, CAD, and shop-floor systems.- Design APIs, microservices, and system integrations across business applications.- Develop POCs, MVPs, and provide hands-on technical leadership where required.- Establish architecture standards, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability.- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.- Build the foundation for the software engineering team and mentor future developers.Required Skills : - 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in Solution Architecture.- Strong experience in designing scalable, distributed enterprise applications.- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar programming languages.- Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, System Integration, SQL/NoSQL Databases, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD.- Experience working with ERP, MES, PLM, CAD integrations in manufacturing or engineering environments is preferred.- Exposure to IoT, Industry 4.0, or Smart Manufacturing is an added advantage.Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience building products or platforms from scratch in a greenfield environment.- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
