Project Architect || Noida || Interior fit out

Position Overview: We are looking for a Project Architect with strong design development, detailing, and site coordination skills for corporate interior projects. The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure that design intent is translated accurately during execution. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural and interior design development for turnkey corporate fit-out projects. Prepare and review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, technical details, and BOQs. Coordinate with MEP, structure, and other services consultants for integrated design outputs. Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation, material usage, and quality standards. Assist estimation and project teams with drawings, specifications, and design clarifications. Manage design changes, value engineering inputs, and approval documentation. Support tendering and presentation processes when required. Ensure adherence to building codes, NBC standards, fire norms, and client-specific guidelines. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university (COA registration preferred). 10-14 years of relevant experience in corporate interiors / fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic knowledge of Revit / BIM preferred. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, joinery details, and construction methodology.
