About the role
About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Software Implementers to join our growing team in Mumbai. You'll deploy our ERP and the other software products integrated with it across client sites configuring systems, training users, supporting go-lives, and assisting after deployment, both on-site and remotely. It's ideal for fast learners with strong communication skills who want to build a career in software implementation. Previous experience is preferred, but full training will be provided to all selected candidates. A note on travel (please read) ERP implementations involve extensive travel you'll often be on-site at client locations for extended periods through much of the year. Implementations for the other software integrated with our ERP are usually remote/virtual, with occasional on-site visits and this in-person component is likely to grow over time. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure our ERP and its integrated software at client sites and via remote sessions Understand client-specific business workflows and set up the system accordingly Train end-users across departments Production, QA/QC, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance Provide go-live support and ongoing post-implementation assistance Perform functional testing of software modules before release and document issues, feedback, and observations Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Document implementation processes, issues, and user feedback Travel to client locations as required (extensive for ERP; occasional for the integrated software) PLEASE NOTE: Extensive training & Handholding will be provided prior to undertaking client implementations. What We're Looking For Freshers or experienced candidates (ERP / software implementation experience preferred; training provided) Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including extended on-site stays for ERP projects Basic understanding of business functions such as manufacturing, inventory, sales, and finance Fast learner with a proactive, solution-driven mindset Comfortable with software applications, logic-based workflows, and Excel Preferred Qualifications B.Com / BBA / M.Com graduates Prior experience with ERP systems (as a user or implementer) Familiarity with manufacturing / pharma business processes Strong listening skills able to translate user requirements into system configurations About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Software Implementers to join our growing team in Mumbai.
