Interested Candidates share your resume at [HIDDEN TEXT] We are looking for a EDI CLEO CIC Developer to support a business-critical legacy ERP system during an ongoing transition to Microsoft Business Central. The role is primarily focused on day-to-day maintenance, user support, and system stability , working closely with the in-house ERP Manager. Location: Remote The EDI Integration Developer role is to set up, develop, maintain, and support maps EDI documents, and workflows connecting trading partners with customers, supplier manufacturers, financial institutions and transportation management systems using CLEO Integration Cloud (CIC) EDI tool. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following : • Perform system configuration, mapping, and management for EDI-based transactions and processes. • Maintain cross reference tables. • Monitor files for delivery and receipt. • Assist in troubleshooting of EDI transactions and workflows. • Identify, analyze and communicate all exception errors to the appropriate trading partners. • Perform new partner setups and maintenance, including partner creation, testing, and validation. • Assist in transition/upgrade of EDI systems to next-generation/version environments. • Develop and maintain EDI process documentation. • Review and assist in implementation of vendor-supplied EDI patches. This requirement is for Cleo Cloud version EDI software and Candidate must have the below skills: Experience to Install, upgrade, create additional environments, data management, and ensure operational integrity of Cleo CIC Cockpit. Can Monitor the document and Integration flow and related issues using CIC Cockpit. Experience to develop mapping for both inbound and outbound EDI data transformation on IBM i using Cleo CIC, as well as trading partner configuration Experience in API based integration Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge And Experience Experience to Install, upgrade, create additional environments, data management, and ensure operational integrity of Cleo EEI. Experience to develop mapping for both inbound and outbound EDI data transformation on IBM i using Cleo EEI, as well as trading partner configuration Experience in API based integration Able to work on both cloud version and the desktop version of CLEO. Must have production deployment experience. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Good to be Cleo Certified will be better but not Mandatory.
