PLM Support Analyst

We are looking for a PLM Support Analyst to provide application and operational support across multiple enterprise engineering and project management tools. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day support, issue resolution, and user assistance. Note :- 100% Remote Role (PAN India) Tools & Technologies The candidate will be expected to support the following platforms: Windchill. Jira. Confluence. Bitbucket. Polarion. Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 application support for enterprise tools. Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolutions. Support ticket handling, access management, and workflow assistance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineering teams. Maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials. Participate in KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions during onboarding. Monitor tool performance and escalate critical issues when required. Required Skills Experience supporting enterprise applications or PLM/ALM tools. Familiarity with engineering/project collaboration platforms. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple support requests effectively. Understanding of SDLC, Agile workflows, or DevOps collaboration tools is a plus. Preferred Experience Prior exposure to PLM/ALM ecosystems.
