Job Description : Job Title : Product ManagerLocation : ChennaiNotice Period : Immediate to 15 daysJob Summary : Our eCommerce platform team needs enterprising Product Managers that will work on the challenges and problems that will shape the consumer buying experience. He or she will be responsible for detailed planning and execution of new initiatives and will be required to scale and lead a team as these initiatives gain traction. The role requires coordination and building alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong record to own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partner with other teams to drive key mission-critical innovation programs. Key Responsibilities : Help in defining a product vision and strategy. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Take overall responsibility for the success of your product. Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, customer service, and company heads. Collect, analyze, and respond to user feedback. Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions. Plan new features and changes to a product. Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders. Create timelines and roadmaps for developing the product. Create and oversee development and project management processes. Inspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the product. Stay on top of the market and competitors. Key Requirements : Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems. Past experience in handling data-based and highly analytical problems. Proven ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to understand and talk technology; proactiveness in developing an understanding of various applications of technology. [Preferred] Relevant 5-9 years of experience in product development in a consumer-facing company. Entrepreneurial spirit to growth hack and work in a dynamic environment. Product Manager total 8 years out of which 3 years as Scrum Master and should have experience in data analytics, Google Analytics, and mobile app development.
