Job Title: QA Automation Testing, Playwright Location: Gurugram(Night Shift) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to build and scale automated testing across enterprise web applications. This role requires strong expertise in Playwright with .NET, BDD automation using Reqnroll/SpecFlow, API testing, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will have an engineering mindset, treating test automation as production-quality code while ensuring reliability, maintainability, and scalability of test suites. Key ResponsibilitiesTest Automation Development Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright with C#/.NET.Create and execute end-to-end UI and API automated tests.Implement BDD test scenarios using Reqnroll (SpecFlow) and Gherkin.Develop reusable Page Objects, fixtures, utilities, and test data management strategies.Build automation coverage for functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.API & Database Testing Validate REST APIs, authentication flows, and backend integrations.Perform database validation using SQL queries to verify application state and test results.Create automated tests for critical business workflows and integration points.CI/CD & DevOps Integrate automation suites into Azure DevOps pipelines.Configure automated test execution, reporting, screenshots, logs, and trace collection.Optimize execution through parallelization and efficient test design.Support automated test execution across multiple environments.Test Management & Quality Assurance Create and maintain BDD test cases within test management platforms such as Aqua, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, or qTest.Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and releases.Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to define test coverage.Perform exploratory testing and identify opportunities for automation.Accessibility Testing Implement automated accessibility testing using axe.Validate compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.Track, report, and verify accessibility issues.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning, refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Conduct code reviews and contribute to framework improvements.Work closely with globally distributed teams across engineering, product, and QA.Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms to improve productivity in test design, automation, debugging, and documentation.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of QA Automation experience.Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using C#/.NET.Experience with Reqnroll or SpecFlow (BDD framework).Strong understanding of Page Object Model and automation framework design.Experience in API testing (REST, OAuth, JWT, API validation).Working knowledge of SQL and database validation.Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.Proficiency in Git version control.Familiarity with Jira and test management tools.Knowledge of accessibility testing and WCAG standards.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Aqua Test Management.Experience in SaaS, GovTech, or regulated industries.Exposure to performance testing tools such as k6, JMeter, or Artillery.Experience with Playwright visual regression testing.ISTQB Certification.Technical Stack Playwright for .NET (C#)Reqnroll / SpecFlowAzure DevOpsSQLREST APIsGitJiraAqua/TestRail/Xray/Zephyraxe Accessibility TestingAI Tools (Claude, Copilot)What We're Looking For Strong automation engineering mindset.Ability to quickly understand new products and domains.Passion for building scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Experience working with distributed teams and Agile environments.Ability to commute/relocate: Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s): Current CTCExpected CTCAvailable to work in night shifts.Are you serving your notice period How many years of hands-on experience do you have with Playwright automation testing Do you have professional experience with C#/.NET and Playwright for .NET Please briefly describe a Playwright automation framework you have built or maintained, including the technology stack used.Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Preferred)Work Location: In person Job Title: QA Automation Testing, Playwright Location: Gurugram(Night Shift) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to build and scale automated testing across enterprise web applications.
