Software Engineer & Instructor

As a Software Engineer & Instructor at Programming Pathshala, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the empowerment of students by designing and developing high-quality software and conducting coding sessions. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons on programming and related technologies, providing mentorship, and supporting students as they work on coding projects and prepare for technical interviews. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-quality software - Conduct coding sessions for students - Deliver engaging lessons on programming and related technologies - Provide mentorship and support for students working on coding projects - Prepare students for technical interviews Qualifications Required: - Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles - Proven expertise in Full-Stack Web Development with hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) - Deep familiarity with React concepts like hooks, state management (Redux / Context API), and modern tooling (Vite, Next.js) - Practical experience with Node.js & Express.js for building scalable server-side applications, middleware, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs - Working knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose ODM, including schema design, indexing, and aggregation pipelines - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners of varying skill levels - Excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students - Participation in open-source projects, coding communities, or competitive programming is a plus - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) As a Software Engineer & Instructor at Programming Pathshala, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the empowerment of students by designing and developing high-quality software and conducting coding sessions.
