Were Hiring: Associate Product Manager PSC Hand Safety Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Work Mode: On-site PSC Hand Safety develops engineered solutions that help reduce hand exposure during lifting, rigging, maintenance and material-handling activities. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with prior exposure to product management, product development or product marketing who can help us build, position and launch industrial hand-safety solutions for Indian and international markets. Key Responsibilities - Support product planning, development and launch activities - Study customer applications and identify product opportunities - Coordinate with sales, technical, manufacturing and marketing teams - Prepare product specifications, presentations, catalogues and technical content - Conduct competitor and market research - Support customer demonstrations, training sessions and product reviews - Track feedback from the field and help improve existing products - Assist in building go-to-market plans for new product categories Preferred Background - 14 years of experience in product management, product development, product marketing or a related role - Experience with industrial, engineering, safety, manufacturing or B2B products is preferred - Strong written communication and presentation skills - Ability to understand technical products and convert features into clear customer value - Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and managing follow-ups - Based in Visakhapatnam or willing to work in office in Visakhapatnam Educational Qualification - B.E./B.Tech., MBA, PGDM or a relevant graduate degree - Candidates with a combination of technical understanding and product-management experience will be preferred What We Offer - Opportunity to work on specialised industrial safety products - Exposure to product strategy, international markets and customer applications - Direct involvement in new product development and launches - Fast-learni .
