Sr. Staff / Staff Product Manager

Role Overview: At project44, we are looking for a Sr. Staff Product Manager who will play a crucial role in leading key product initiatives at a fast-growing tech startup. Your passion, work ethic, and expertise will be instrumental in managing the complete product lifecycle to ensure success in terms of revenue and timely release of new products and capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the Development team and other departments to ensure successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Articulate a product strategy that leads to continuous improvement in product culture - Manage challenges for the engineering team and ensure a strong understanding of customer problems and well-defined use cases - Work with marketing, sales enablement, and customer success teams to launch new capabilities effectively - Define and drive success through OKRs and KPIs for end users, troubleshooting areas of friction, and reducing adoption obstacles - Analyze market competition and collaborate with stakeholders to understand broader business needs - Represent project44 as a domain and product expert during customer interactions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a background in building tech expertise - 10+ years of Product Management leadership in enterprise SaaS - Experience in building and driving roadmaps based on customer needs and incremental delivery - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships across a software business - Passion for the product, users, and creating customer value - Ability to self-manage and act with autonomy - Detail-oriented and strategic with the flexibility to switch contexts seamlessly - Willingness to travel to global project44, customers, and partner locations - Supply chain and/or logistics experience is a plus Company Details: project44 is dedicated to transforming the transportation and logistics industry since 2014 by providing an Advanced Visibility Platform that eliminates inefficiencies and enhances operational efficiencies for leading global brands.
