Job Title: Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer Location: Jodhpur (On-site) Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js , Node.js , and MongoDB . The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Python , MERN stack , and .NET technologies . You will lead end-to-end development, mentor team members, and drive the execution of scalable and high-performance web applications. Key Requirements: 5–8 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Expert in React.js , with deep understanding of component-based architecture. Strong backend development experience using Node.js and RESTful API design. Solid experience in MongoDB , including schema design and performance tuning. Good knowledge of Python , MERN stack , and .NET technologies . Proficient with Git , CI/CD pipelines , and conducting thorough code reviews . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take technical ownership. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable.
