About the role
At least 8+ years of software development experience with latest 1 to 2 years in cloud development. Hands-on engineering leader, who can help the team with design and architectural trade-offs, help with design and code reviews, as well as setting up a strong quality and delivery pipelines. Should possess sound team handling and leading skills.. Strong experience with Java, OOPS, Spring and Hibernate.. Experience with Microservices architecture. Must have ample working knowledge on any one of Cloud Platforms AWS or Azure or GCP. Should have working knowledge on both relational and non-relational databases. Experience with Build Tools (Jenkins , Dockers ) , version control (Git) and dependency management (Maven or Gradle) Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development Should have basic knowledge on any Frontend Framework Angular or React Some experience with TDD, in both frontend and backend technologies Good written and verbal communication skills Good to Have - Linux Knowledge, Generative AI concepts
