Job Title : Control Protection FAT Manager Nature of Work : Lead and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), protection relay validation, and substation automation system testing for EHV/HV substation projects. Commitment (With Indemnity Bond) : 3 years Documents Submission : Nil Job Description Lead and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for Control Protection systems in EHV/HV substation projects. Perform protection scheme verification, relay testing, system validation, and technical documentation while coordinating with engineering, quality, project, and customer teams. Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and substation automation system integration activities to ensure compliance with project and industry standards. Roles and Responsibilities Execute and manage FAT for Control Protection systems. Verify protection schemes, relay settings, and control logic. Perform relay testing and validate SCADA and IEC 61850 systems. Coordinate with internal teams and customers during FAT. Prepare test reports and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities. Desired Skills Knowledge of Control Protection Systems, Protection Relays, and FAT. Experience in Relay Testing, Scheme Checking, SCADA and IEC 61850. Understanding of control circuits, protection schemes, and commissioning activities. Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, and reporting skills.
