About the role
We're Hiring | OKTA Lead | Pune (Hadapsar) | Immediate Joiners Preferred Pronoesis is looking for a skilled OKTA Lead to join our team and contribute to enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation projects for a leading client. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in OKTA, client-facing implementations, and end-to-end Implementation Experience. Position: OKTA Lead Experience: 47 Years Location: Pune (Hadapsar) Work from Office (Client Location) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end OKTA IAM implementation projects.Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access policies.Integrate enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).Implement JoinerMoverLeaver (JML) lifecycle and SCIM-based provisioning.Troubleshoot authentication, MFA, and provisioning issues.Analyse OKTA system logs and resolve technical issues.Collaborate with client IT, security, and application teams.Prepare technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover artefacts.Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-production support.Required Skills 58 years of hands-on experience with OKTA Identity & Access Management (IAM).Experience in client-facing implementation projects.OKTA Professional Certification (mandatory/preferred).Knowledge of PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
