Role Overview
The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI agent systems, leveraging industry-leading AI platforms and robust coding skills. This role focuses on building autonomous workflows, orchestrating agents, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications to achieve clear business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft structured prompts, apply reasoning patterns, manage memory, and control agent behavior to ensure accurate and reliable AI outputs.
Build autonomous workflows using various tools for agent orchestration.
Design agents capable of invoking APIs, querying databases, and interacting with enterprise tools for real-world actions beyond text generation.
Implement orchestration logic, handle asynchronous workflows, manage error handling, and integrate AI capabilities into applications using strong coding skills.
Develop multi-step, multi-agent systems, incorporating task decomposition, state tracking, and event-driven execution.
Deploy scalable agent systems on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, utilizing containers, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring performance and reliability.
Handle sensitive data, prevent prompt injection, enforce guardrails, and ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
Monitor agent performance, log decisions, test outputs, and iterate using feedback loops and metrics.
Design agents with a focus on clear business outcomes, usability, and return on investment.
Required Skills:
Familiarity with industry-leading AI platforms such as MS Copilot, AWS Quick, Claude Suite, and UiPath.
Proficiency in prompt engineering, reasoning patterns, and agent behavior control.
Hands-on experience in building and orchestrating autonomous workflows.
Strong coding skills for implementing orchestration logic, async workflows, and error handling.
Understanding of embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines, and grounding LLM responses in enterprise data.
Experience with cloud deployment on AWS/Azure, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of data security, prompt injection prevention, and compliance enforcement.
Digital Artificial Intelligence (AI) expertise.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in a relevant AI engineering role.
