Mandatory Technology: Autosys R12 & above, EEM (Embedded Entitlements Manager), Linux, MSSQL Server, GitLab, Ansible Roles & Responsibilities: · Design, build, and integrate new Autosys instances within existing enterprise ecosystems. · Develop, test, and deploy RPM and MSI packages for Autosys components · Create and maintain Ansible playbooks for automated installation, configuration management, and patch deployment · Manage agent deployment, configuration updates, and compliance enforcement across global infrastructure · Provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 support for Autosys environments serving global operations · Independently engineer, develop, and maintain proprietary codebases and automation frameworks · Design and implement frameworks for internal tools development and web portals · Develop automation solutions, self-service portals, and operational tooling · Produce comprehensive technical documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and knowledge transfer materials · Troubleshoot complex issues across Autosys platforms and custom-developed solutions Key Skills: • Primary interest and expertise in IT infrastructure domain Autosys & EEM • Deep architectural understanding of Autosys components including Application Server, Event Server, and Agent infrastructure • Expert-level proficiency in configuring Autosys environments from scratch, including complex job workflows, dependencies, and conditional logic • Implementation and administration of Embedded Entitlements Manager (EEM) with role-based access controls, credential management, and audit compliance • Configuration of real-time monitoring, alarm management, and integration with enterprise monitoring platforms • Design and implementation of high-availability failover configurations and backup/restore procedures • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, port configurations, and firewall rules for Autosys and EEM communication Database (MSSQL Server) • Installation & Integration of MSSQL databases for Autosys Instances • Implementation of backup strategies and point-in-time recovery procedures • Analysis of database performance metrics, index optimization, and query execution plans Operating System • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments where Autosys agents and servers are deployed • Administration skills for Windows-based Autosys components and agents • Bash/KSH for system-level automation and integration tasks • Development, testing, and deployment of RPM and MSI packages for Autosys agents and clients

CI / CD • Creation and maintenance of Ansible playbooks for automated installation, configuration management, and patch deployment • Agent deployment, configuration updates, and compliance enforcement • Dynamic inventory configuration for multi-environment Autosys landscapes • Automated deployment pipelines and configuration validation • Proficiency in GitLab workflows including branching strategies, pull requests, and code review processes • Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, Grafana, and enterprise monitoring/ITSM platforms Soft Skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for complex, multi-system technical issues • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with application teams, DBAs, and infrastructure engineers • Proven capability to develop and document procedures for production releases, feature enhancements, and operational process documentation for steady-state service management • Good communications and interpersonal skills
