Key Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve application issues/bug fixes Prioritize and assign incidents based on business impact Investigate recurring issues and bring permanent resolution Perform 5-Why Root Cause Analysis Optimize code/queries to enhance efficiency Maintain knowledge repository documents Schedule meetings with the team to share knowledge Analyze functional/technical requirements Define technical architecture and create detailed technical design specifications Required Skills: 10+ years of experience Microsoft Azure DevOps Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Azure Data Factory C5.0 Qualifications: Experience in development and support projects Experience in modeling using available tools
