About the Role

We are looking for Frontend Software Engineers to join our team and help build intuitive, high-quality digital products that bring advanced AI and analytics solutions to life for global clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly, and production-ready applications. You will play a key role in designing and developing exceptional user experiences that enable clients to derive value from cutting-edge AI and analytics platforms. We are seeking product-minded engineers who are passionate about software craftsmanship, innovation, usability, and delivering impactful solutions through modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. Translate business requirements, wireframes, and design concepts into intuitive user experiences. Build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks that promote consistency and scalability. Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing, accessible, and user-centric interfaces. Work closely with backend engineers and data scientists to integrate APIs, AI models, and analytics services. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Participate in product discovery, feature planning, and technology selection discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following frontend engineering best practices. Conduct and participate in code reviews, paired programming sessions, and technical design reviews. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application quality. Contribute to Agile development processes, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in frontend software development. Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as: React.js Angular Vue.js (preferred) Strong understanding of: HTML5 CSS3 Responsive Web Design Cross-browser development Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services. Knowledge of frontend state management patterns and libraries. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building data-heavy applications, dashboards, analytics platforms, or AI-driven user interfaces. Familiarity with UI component libraries and design systems. Experience with cloud-native applications running on AWS or Azure. Understanding of frontend security best practices. Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to GenAI, Machine Learning, or Analytics products. Experience working in product-centric engineering organizations.
