Role Overview

The Full Stack Tech Lead will be accountable for leading technical design and development efforts, translating UI and Mid-Tier design specifications, prototypes, and functional requirements into robust system designs. This role involves significant collaboration and guidance within the development team. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design and development initiatives. Convert UI and Mid-Tier Design specifications and prototypes into system design. Convert functional requirements into system design. Participate in design reviews with Vanguard UI Development lead and team collaboration sessions. Participate in design reviews with Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead and team collaboration sessions. Guide team members with troubleshooting and technical issues. Participate in Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology. Code, Unit Test, and Integration Test. Conduct peer and Vanguard UI Development lead review of code. Verify functionality/defect fixes and determine root cause. Seek clarifications from Vanguard UI Development lead, Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead, Designers, or BSA. Raise issues/dependencies to Scrum Master or Delivery Manager. Expedite environment outages by placing 1CALL Vanguard incidents quickly. Required Skills: Advanced Java Concepts Spring Boot Angular 16 Microservices REST Services / Rest API JavaScript Junit TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 JEST NodeJs React Python SQL AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) oAuth PostgreSQL CI/CD Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience. Prior experience with Vanguard.
