Role Overview

This role is accountable for leading technical design and development, converting UI and Mid-Tier design specifications and prototypes into system design, and translating functional requirements into system design. Prior experience with Vanguard is required. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design and development. Convert UI and Mid-Tier Design specifications and prototypes into system design. Convert functional requirements into system design. Participate in design reviews with Vanguard UI Development lead and team collaboration sessions. Participate in design reviews with Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead and team collaboration sessions. Guide team members with troubleshooting and technical issues. Participate in Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology. Participate in design review and team collaboration sessions (TDD). Code, Unit Test, and Integration Test. Perform peer and Vanguard UI Development lead review of code. Verify functionality/defect fix and determine root cause. Ask clarifications to Vanguard UI Development lead, Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead, Designers, or BSA. Raise issues/dependencies to Scrum Master or Delivery Manager. Place a 1CALL Vanguard incident quickly to expedite any environment outages. Required Skills: Java Microservices REST Services Spring Boot JavaScript Junit Angular 16 Type Script HTML5 CSS3 JEST NodeJs Rest API React Python SQL AWS S3 EC2 Lambda oAuth PostgressSQL CI/CD Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience. Prior experience in Vanguard. Preferred Skills: Advanced Java Concepts Digital: Microservices Digital: Spring Boot Angular 13+
