Technical Expertise: - Subject-matter expert knowledge PingDS LDAP or similar non Microsoft enterprise directory service - Hands-on experience with enterprise Linux distributions (RHEL) including o file system o process control/strace o authentication/PAM stack o packages o networking/tcpdump - Proficiency in developing automation scripts and scripted solutions to drive operational efficiencies to include proficiency in Bash and Python and familiarity with Perl scripts. - Experience of balanced load applications including o Global traffic management o SNAT o Persistence - Experience with Ansible / Ansible playbooks / Terraform Professional Skills: - Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team - Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to senior management - Self-motivated with a collaborative team-player approach - Enthusiastic, personable, and professional demeanour - Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong adherence to change control procedures and operational discipline Desirables: - Proven experience implementing and managing MIT Kerberos authentication infrastructure - Experience with multi-factor authentication platforms (Duo, RSA) - Strong knowledge of certificate management and secure communications. - Exposure to Grafana monitoring - Knowledge of regulatory requirements (PRA, FCA) relating to operational resilience
