Role Overview
This role seeks a highly experienced Lead Java AWS Developer with proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, capable of mentoring teams and ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack solutions. Adhere to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor the development team. Oversee and contribute to both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Provide technological expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements. Required Skills: Proven experience in Java. Spring Boot. Hibernate. SQL. AWS Cloud. MQ (Message Queues). NoSQL databases. ORM frameworks. Experience in design and implementation of Restful API. Microservices architecture. Leadership skills. Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in relevant technologies. Preferred Skills: Knowledge in APIs.
