Role Overview
This role requires a skilled Mainframe CICS Developer with strong hands-on experience in CICS and MQ. Key Responsibilities: Design, code, and unit test software on a predefined schedule using technologies, techniques, and tools to ensure high quality, performance, and reliability. Perform system analysis and design in accordance with established procedures and policies. Provide accurate estimate of time needed to complete work. Proactively explore the system and learn. Work efficiently with minimum supervision. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in CICS and MQ. Experience in batch like COBOL, DB2, VSAM. Agile methodology and SDLC experience. Working experience in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of J2EE, Webservices, Cloud-based applications, and their interactions with Mainframe systems preferably in AWS. Knowledge of Retail Banking or Lending.
