Role Overview

The hiring manager is seeking an experienced OnBase Developer with 8 to 10 years of expertise, specifically in OnBase Workflow/Workview. The role requires a deep understanding of OnBase architecture, development of OnBase APIs, and proficiency in Unity scripts. This position involves working within an agile environment, contributing to various stages of the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Participating in PI planning sessions, Scrum meetings, and Retrospective sessions. Conducting requirement gathering, analysis, and creating technical specification documents. Developing OnBase related APIs and performing necessary configuration changes. Participating in walk-throughs, inspections, and review meetings. Ensuring compliance with the standards and processes of the test organization. Acquiring knowledge in the business domain and application workflow. Coordinating with cross-application teams for upstream and downstream impact analysis. Prioritizing and organizing personal work to meet deadlines effectively. Providing clear explanations and information to others on topics within the area of expertise. Required Skills: 8 to 10 years of experience as an OnBase developer with Workflow/Workview. Knowledge of writing Unity scripts in both Unity API and automation API. Development experience with workflows in OnBase. Sound understanding of OnBase architecture for all OnBase clients (Configuration, OnBase Client, Unity Client, and Web Client). Experience in designing forms for business decisions, including E-forms and Unity Forms. Proficiency in OnBase reporting, configuration migration, and troubleshooting tools such as Report Services, Diagnostic Console, Workflow Doctor, and Configuration migration. Ability to design OnBase Workflow solutions and create/publish OnBase web services and Message broker. Hands-on experience with any SQL database. Experience working iteratively in a fast-paced agile environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Agile Way of Working. Content Management. Java API Management & Microservices.
