Role Overview

This role involves setting up and configuring Oracle CC&B applications to meet client-specific utility billing needs, focusing on various aspects of customer care, billing, and financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure Oracle CC&B applications to meet client-specific utility billing needs Prepare functional and technical design documents need basis Prepare application and business process flows. Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand requirements. Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing. Create, configure, and troubleshoot Configure new CIS divisions and dependencies Handle 3rd party integrations (e.g., bill print extract, energy efficiency program vendors) Manage MDM interval/trend Handle FA/SA creation Manage Collections Templates/Processes Required Skills: Java SQL Groovy IWS Service SOAPUI Scripts PL/SQL Jenkins WebLogic VM Bundles Understanding of CCB v2.7.0.3 and any experience with v25.4. Bill & Letter Composition Billing (including gas, electricity, non-utility, and whole) Customer Care processes Credit & Collections Field Work Financials Gas Transport Meter Reading Payments Rates Asset Management (meters) Field Activities Sync Requests Batch Jobs Qualifications: Experience Required: 6-8 years Functional - Oracle Utility Customer Care and Billing Preferred Skills: Understanding of CCB v2.7.0.3 and any experience with v25.4.
