Role Overview

Seeking a PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade PEGA applications. The role involves solution architecture, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to PEGA best practices. Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead PEGA application development. Translate business needs into scalable solutions. Guide developers and ensure code quality. Work and drive team on Constellation, Knowledge buddy, Integrating with LLM. Good knowledge on KB and Analyser Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business). Optimize performance and ensure compliance with guardrails. Required Skills: CLSA certification (mandatory). 10+ years in PEGA, 3+ years as LSA. Strong in PEGA 24.x/8.x, case management, integrations (REST/SOAP). Agile project experience.
