About the role
Role Overview: You will be part of a 20+ person team in Dehradun, responsible for shipping cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and developers to design, test, and troubleshoot software solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to implement security measures and ensure data protection settings are in place. Key Responsibilities: - Build mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms - Ideate and ship software solutions in coordination with product managers and developers - Design client-side and server-side architecture - Test, troubleshoot, and debug software to maintain optimal performance - Implement security protocols and data protection settings - Work with third-party integrations and ensure seamless functionality - Utilize TypeScript proficiency and experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Front-End Developer using React Native - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React fundamentals - Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, web servers like Apache, and responsive design - Experience in shipping mobile apps for both iOS and Android - Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience - Proficiency in TypeScript - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications Salary and Benefits: - Salary starting from 25,000/month with no cap for deserving candidates - Performance bonuses - 12 days of paid leave annually - Festival bonus - Birthday leave and flexible hours - Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits (rolling out soon) - Monday to Saturday work schedule with 1st and 3rd Saturdays off Please note that this is a full-time on-site role at the Dehradun office of Proponent Technologies.
