About the role
Role Description This is a contract remote position for an M3 ERP Technical Analyst. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing ERP systems. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance. Infor M3 ERP Cloud Technical support - M3 system setup - Configurations - System security - Customisation - Users Training Qualifications M3 ERP system integrations - Expertise in integrating applications with Infor M3 ERP using Infor ION integration platform. - Familiar in APIs, Message Processing, and Integration. - Experience in designing Infor ION Workflows, Events, Extensions. - Experience in data migration and integration. Competency in M3 Product Data Management (PDM) Knowledge of Infor OS/ Xi Platform, Ming.le, Infor Document Management and ION Workflows.
