About the role
As a front-end developer at Proqsmart, you will have the exciting opportunity to own the complete front-end development of the Proqsmart platform, from prototypes to production. Your responsibilities will include building modern, scalable, and reusable React.js components and interfaces using Storybook and best UI engineering practices. You will also document workflows, build interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with backend engineers for seamless API integration. Additionally, you will explore and evaluate new tools and frameworks to continuously improve the front-end development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Own the complete front-end development of the Proqsmart platform - Build modern, scalable, and reusable React.js components and interfaces - Document workflows, build interactive prototypes, and collaborate with backend engineers - Explore and evaluate new tools and frameworks for front-end development - Write front-end unit tests and maintain code quality - Translate design ideas into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive experiences - Use AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development - Communicate clearly, share ideas, and work collaboratively in a high-paced environment Qualifications Required: - 13 years of hands-on experience in front-end development - Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Storybook, and component-driven development - Passion for UI/UX with a focus on creating delightful user experiences - Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs with solid error handling and data management - Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar testing frameworks - Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools in your workflow - Excellent communication and collaboration skills If you join Proqsmart, you will be part of a core founding engineering team shaping a next-generation AI-first product.
