IN Package Consultant SAP HANA Basis Location: Gurgaon ASF, Faridabad Road Work Mode: Work from Office (Day 1 Onwards) Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 6+ Years (Relevant SAP Basis Experience Mandatory) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Basis Consultant to administer, maintain, and support SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Database, and SAP Fiori. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, upgrades, performance tuning, and production support. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA Database. Perform SAP installations, upgrades, support package implementations, kernel upgrades, system refreshes, and client copies. Manage transport requests and ensure smooth deployment across SAP landscapes. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and perform performance tuning. Manage system backups, disaster recovery, and high availability activities. Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, and functional teams to ensure system stability. Perform user administration, SAP security support, and system health checks. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Support critical business operations during planned maintenance and production windows. Maintain technical documentation and follow SAP Basis best practices. Required Skills 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Database, and SAP Fiori Administration. Experience in system installations, upgrades, patching, client copy, and system refresh activities. Hands-on experience with transport management, system monitoring, and performance tuning. Knowledge of backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability concepts. Experience in SAP security, user administration, and audit support. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. SAP Basis or SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage. Experience working in implementation, migration, upgrade, or AMS support projects. Note: Work from Office is mandatory from Day 1.
