Experience 10 + years of IBM i (AS400/iSeries) Production & Application Support Strong hands-on experience in Production Support 24x7 Production Support & Incident Management Experience in Logistics / Manufacturing / Supply Chain domain (Preferred) Core Technical Skills RPGLE (Fixed & Free Format), CL/CLLE DB2/400, SQL DDS (PF, LF, DSPF, PRTF), Subfiles Production Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Job Log, MSGW & Batch Job Troubleshooting Debugging & Code Analysis Journaling, Commitment Control & OVRDBF Record Locks, Object Locks & File Allocation Production Data Investigation & Performance Tuning Hands-on Experience Production Support & Incident Resolution Batch Job Failures Duplicate Key File Allocation Decimal Data Errors Pointer Exceptions Production Data Investigation Database Performance Analysis Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Soft Skills Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills Business/User & Development Team Coordination RCA Documentation & Production Support Reporting Ability to independently handle critical production incidents Location: Remote Experience:10+ Years Shift: 24x7 Production Support (Rotational) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
